This privacy policy sets out the procedure and features of processing user data (hereinafter referred to as the client) of services offered by individual entrepreneur Evgeny Valerievich Zezero (TIN 614001976194 OGRNIP 316619600067301), hereinafter referred to as the WEBBY Agency.
This document («policy») is an integral part of the agreement for the use of the services of the agency «WEBBY». It is impossible to use the services of the agency «WEBBY» without accepting the terms of this policy.
The agency «WEBBY» has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this policy at any time by posting a new version of the changed information on the agency's website.
The terms and definitions used in this policy are used in the meaning given to them in the agreement for the use of the services of the agency «WEBBY», unless otherwise expressly established by this policy.
1. Purposes of data processing
Cases of providing data by the client include, in particular, registration on the website of the agency «WEBBY», obtaining access to the client's personal account, concluding license and other agreements, the possibility of concluding which is directly provided for by the functionality of the services of the agency «WEBBY», as well as the following cases:
When participating in advertising and marketing campaigns conducted by the agency «WEBBY»;
When sending requests, letters or making other types of contacts with the agency «WEBBY»;
When using additional, special services, if this is provided for by the functionality of the services of the agency «WEBBY» and the interface of the website of the agency «WEBBY»;
Customer data is processed for the following purposes (including but not limited to):
Conclusion and execution of an agreement for the use of the services of the agency «WEBBY»;
Providing the opportunity to create and subsequently use and manage a personal account;
Bug fixing, web service modification, development of new web services and services;
Interaction between clients to receive comments regarding the services of the agency «WEBBY», to support web notifications regarding the services of the agency «WEBBY» web services and services;
Analysis of the effectiveness of the services of the agency «WEBBY»;
Receiving, processing and verifying payments;
Providing technical support to clients;
Informing about future events related to the services of the agency «WEBBY», their updates and other similar events;

Agency «WEBBY» uses cookies on the website of the agency «WEBBY».

4. Use, distribution and transfer of data
The agency «WEBBY» may combine (merge, merge) and use the combined User data with other information to provide, manage and develop the Services of the agency «WEBBY». The agency «WEBBY» has the right to provide the User data to its affiliates/partners, if this is necessary for the provision of Services by the agency «WEBBY», without asking the User's consent for such transfer.

5. Data storage
The data storage period is the period during which the services are provided by the agency «WEBBY», unless another period is provided by applicable law (for example, for accounting purposes or compliance with tax legislation).
6. Other obligations of the parties
The client is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data provided by him. In case of discrepancies and/or incorrectness in the data provided by the client, they must be changed, including by contacting the specialists of the agency «WEBBY».
When deleting and/or changing client data, the WEBBY agency has the right to store the data that is necessary for the purposes of compliance with applicable law, ensuring the security and efficiency of the WEBBY agency services.
7. Confidential information
7.1. The Parties undertake not to transfer (not to disclose) to third parties, without mutual consent, commercial and organizational-technological information that constitutes a secret for either Party (hereinafter referred to as “Confidential Information”) in cases where:
7.1.1. There is no free access to such information on a legal basis;
7.1.2. Such information has actual or potential value due to its unknowingness to third parties.
7.2. The Party that, by virtue of the Agreement, has acquired such information shall take appropriate measures to ensure its confidentiality.
7.3. Confidential information is subject to protection for the entire term of the services (Agreement).
7.4. If the client is an individual, then in accordance with Art. 6 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation «On Personal Data» No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006, for the period of connection of the service (conclusion of the Agreement), the client expresses consent to the processing by the agency «WEBBY» (hereinafter «the provider») of his personal data, namely: full name, passport details, address of registration/location, telephone/fax number, e-mail address.
7.5. The Provider has the right to process the specified personal data for the purpose of providing services (Agreement), including providing information and reference services to the client. The processing of personal data means actions related to personal data, namely: collection, storage, systematization, accumulation, clarification, use, depersonalization, blocking and destruction.
7.6. By accepting the terms of service provision (Agreement), the client expresses his/her consent to the storage and processing of personal data by the provider for the purpose of ensuring the quality of services (Agreement).
7.7. The Client agrees to the transfer of his personal data within the framework of the provision of services (Agreement) to third parties by the provider of information specified in Article 53 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation «On Communications» No. 126-FZ of July 7, 2003.
